- Ethereal Strands → Talent Points: You earn one talent point every 3 Strands. The Cloak’s item level upgrades as talent points are applied, maxing at iLvl 730.
- Time-Gated Talents: You only gain one talent point per week. It’s a rolling cap, so you can keep earning Strands until you cannot unlock more points. Strands are shared across your warband.
- Scaling Effects: The cloak’s stats, the secondary stat from socketed Fiber, and the cloak’s proc ability all scale with item level.
Talent Tree Breakdown
Here’s how iLvl increases progress through the talent tree and grant powers:
- Boon of the Reshii → iLvl 694 to 701 (unlocks Ethereal ability + Phase Diving).

- DPS Spec: Attacks may deal 1,494 Arcane damage split between target and nearby enemies; targets below 35% health take 20% additional damage.
