Phase 2 of Legion Remix, titled Rise of the Nightfallen, has officially rolled out, and players are diving back into the Broken Isles to chase fresh rewards, gear, and achievements. The event’s second phase expands on the foundation of the first with new content, vendors, and balance changes and, of course, a few unexpected quirks Blizzard will probably need to patch soon.
The Infinite Bazaar remains the heart of the action, with new vendor inventories packed full of cosmetic treasures, pets, and mounts both brand-new and returning favourites from Legion’s original raids. So, if you’re grinding Bronze for a flashy new ride or hunting down a nostalgic drop that used to haunt your raid nights back in 2016, Phase 2 offers a lot to work toward.
Let’s break down what’s new and what to look out for.

New Mounts at the Infinite Bazaar
The legendary explorer Hemet Nesingwary XVII is still there as your go-to mount dealer for Phase 2. His stall at the Infinite Bazaar is loaded with both completely new Remix-exclusive mounts and several highly sought-after Legion-era favourites including some that originally dropped in raids like Return to Karazhan and The Nighthold.
If you’ve been saving up Bronze, now’s the time to spend it.
| Mount | Original Source | Cost (Bronze) |
|---|---|---|
| Reins of the Arcberry Manasaber | New Remix Mount | 10,000 |
| Reins of the Bonesteed of Triumph | New Remix Mount | 10,000 |
| Reins of the Bonesteed of Bloodshed | New Remix Mount | 10,000 |
| Reins of the Bonesteed of Plague | New Remix Mount | 10,000 |
| Reins of the Bonesteed of Oblivion | New Remix Mount | 10,000 |
| Midnight’s Eternal Reins | Drop: Attumen the Huntsman (Return to Karazhan) | 100,000 |
| Living Infernal Core | Drop: Gul’dan (The Nighthold) | 100,000 |
| Fiendish Hellfire Core | Drop: Gul’dan (Mythic, The Nighthold) | 100,000 |
If you’ve ever farmed Return to Karazhan for Midnight’s Eternal Reins and watched it refuse to drop week after week, here’s your redemption arc. Yes, you can now buy it outright for 100,000 Bronze. Whether that takes away from the satisfaction of the hunt is up to you, but the option’s there.
New Pets, Toys, and Fun Extras
The vendor Horos has updated their stock too, focusing on collectibles, toys, and a few fun nostalgia pieces from Legion’s heyday. These range from Brawler’s Guild pets to some of the quirky fishing bobbers players used to grind for back in the day.
| Item | Original Source | Cost (Bronze) |
|---|---|---|
| Tylarr Gronnden | Event: Legion Brawler’s Guild | 35,000 |
| Big Red Raygun | Drop: Doctor Weavil | 35,000 |
| Crate of Bobbers: Tugboat | Fishing in Legion Zones | 10,000 |
| Crate of Bobbers: Cat Head | Fishing in Legion Zones | 10,000 |
| Crate of Bobbers: Can of Worms | Fishing in Legion Zones | 10,000 |
| Crate of Bobbers: Wooden Pepe | Fishing in Legion Zones | 10,000 |
| Golden Hearthstone Card: Lord Jaraxxus | Drop: Gul’dan | 100,000 |
Some of these, like the Big Red Raygun, were previously event-exclusive and hard to find but are now easily yours for Bronze.
Knowledge Bug: When More Isn’t Better
Unfortunately, not everything about Phase 2 is running smoothly. Over the past few days, players have noticed a serious issue with Infinite Knowledge, the stat designed to boost Infinite Power gains as you progress. After this week’s reset, many players reported getting less Infinite Power after increasing their Knowledge level, particularly through Karazhan.
The pattern looks like this: players who gained +4 Knowledge from Karazhan (instead of the expected +2 from Heroic and Mythic clears) suddenly saw their Infinite Power rewards drop from about 110,937 Power at 27 Knowledge to 96,875 at 32 Knowledge.
The problem seems to be linked to this unintended +4 Knowledge gain. For now, Blizzard hasn’t confirmed a fix, but community consensus is clear:
Hold onto your Fragmented Memento of Epoch Challenges until the issue is resolved.
Multiple Reddit threads and official forum posts confirm the bug is widespread. Until Blizzard steps in, saving your turn-ins might prevent a frustrating loss of Power.
Return to Karazhan and The Nighthold
Two of Legion’s most memorable instances are back for Phase 2. Return to Karazhan and The Nighthold. Karazhan’s reimagined layout transforms the iconic Burning Crusade raid into a mega-dungeon, which is filled with familiar faces and a remix of one of WoW’s most beloved soundtracks. Meanwhile, The Nighthold returns as the shining jewel of Suramar, where players face off against Gul’dan in one of Legion’s most cinematic encounters. I’ve already grinded both of these until my fingers hurt. So much fun.

Huge Buffs for Non-Tanks in Mythic+
Phase 2 didn’t just bring new collectibles — it also came with sweeping class adjustments in Mythic+ dungeons. Non-tank roles in particular got a serious boost to survivability and throughput, making dungeon runs faster and far less punishing for solo or small-group players.
Here’s what’s live right now:
Tanks
- Healing received from other players increased by 10%.
Healers
- Damage done increased by 10%.
- Healing and absorbs increased by 10%.
- Health increased by 100%.
- Damage taken reduced by 33%.
DPS
- Damage done increased by 10%.
- Health increased by 100%.
- Damage taken reduced by 33%.
In practice, this means even DPS classes can take a few extra hits and healers feel much sturdier in prolonged fights. Combined with the faster pacing of Legion Remix content, it’s an excellent opportunity to push deeper keys or experiment with off-meta builds.
Final Thoughts
Phase 2 of Legion Remix honestly feels like a lot of fun. The new mounts and toys are great and having so many cosmetics available for Bronze makes it easy to just log in and chip away at your wish list without feeling like you’re grinding yourself into the ground.
That said, the Infinite Knowledge bug has been a bit of a mood killer. It’s frustrating to put time in and see your rewards drop off for reasons completely outside your control. Hopefully Blizzard patches it soon, because the event itself is too good to be overshadowed by something like that.
Still, even with that hiccup, Rise of the Nightfallen has been a blast. Between the buffs, the new toys, and finally having a reason to spend my mountain of Bronze, it’s been so much fun. If you’ve been on the fence, now’s the time.
